Winners from our National Engineers Week (EWeek) contests

We have our winners from our National Engineers Week (EWeek) contests:

Student Essay Contest
Jarrett A. Fullington of Waxahachie Global High School in Waxahachie,
TX is the winner of the first PLTW National Engineers Week Student
Essay Contest. Jarret was selected from more than 500 entries
submitted by PLTW students nationwide who answered a series of

Classroom Contest
A video entry from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa
was selected as the winner of the PLTW National Engineers Week
Classroom Contest from dozens of submissions from PLTW schools
nationwide. Congratulations to Michael Kirchner, Tyler Feller, Chas
Busch, and Nathan Laferty along with their teacher Joe Vinchattle.

The National Engineers Week foundation has been extremely pleased
with our efforts to help promote EWeek and we hope to partner with
